By visiting or using our website or joining the Peraia Club (the “Network”), you confirm that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to the Network (hereinafter “we,” “us,” or the “Network”) using your personal information collected in connection with your website visit, bookings, service-provider–customer relationship, club membership, or related orders, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to any of the terms below, please do not visit the website or join the club. You represent that you accept this policy of your own free will and understand that you are under no legal obligation to provide consent or disclose personal information to the Network.
This Privacy Policy is written in the masculine form for convenience but applies equally to men and women.

1. Privacy Policy

The Network respects the privacy of its customers. This Privacy Policy details how we intend to use your personal information collected through or in connection with the website, bookings, or club membership.

2. Collection and Use of Information

2.1 Registration Details

When making a booking or registering for the club, you will be asked to provide registration details (or you authorize us to use details provided during a prior booking or stay), including: name, email address, phone number, residential and mailing address, date of birth, gender, ID number, and any additional information required. We may collect any information you provide in connection with our services or offers, including booking history, service preferences, location, and booking details. We intend to use this information for the following purposes: (1) personal identification, (2) completing your bookings, (3) contacting you for customer service needs, (4) personalizing offers, benefits, promotions, and service content.

2.2 Payment Information

We do not collect or store credit card or payment method details (except for the last four digits for verification purposes). All payment method information is stored by payment and processing companies under their direct agreement with you (the booking window may open on our site or booking portal but redirects to their service; please review their terms of service and privacy policy).

2.3 Correspondence and Mailing List

By providing details, making a booking, or joining the club, you authorize the Network to contact you regarding our offers, benefits, and promotions, as well as those of third-party providers offering services at the property or nearby related to your stay, via SMS to your mobile device, email, or other communication methods. As part of these communications, we may send surveys (participation is optional). The Network may use survey information for service improvement, customer relations, and service enhancement. We may retain correspondence and/or conversations for customer service, management, service improvement, archiving, or legal protection purposes. At any time, you may unsubscribe from the mailing list and cancel club membership by clicking the “Unsubscribe from Mailing List” link in our emails (where you will be asked to enter your email for removal), replying “Unsubscribe” to an SMS, or emailing peraiatlv@gmail.com.

2.4  Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party sources, such as travel agencies where you booked, third-party booking portals, or other third parties, and add it to your registration details as described below. We may use such details to correct our records, provide services, ensure proper messaging, handle complaints, investigate suspected fraud, or address inappropriate behavior.

2.5 Booking Information and Cross-Referencing with Other Booking Services for Network Properties

We collect information about website usage and bookings to analyze your preferences, perform statistical and aggregate customer preference analysis, improve the website, tailor services to your personal preferences or needs, and target advertisements and marketing content based on collected and processed data, including your booking history across all Network hotels and services (whether direct with the Network, through agencies/package marketers, or other online/digital interactions via additional Network digital tools). These tools also support advertising and remarketing on the Network website and across the internet, which may be tailored to your preferences based on your booking characteristics or information provided to us.

2.6 Technical and Communication Traffic Information

For routine maintenance, traffic data analysis, operation, and website improvement, we use log files that collect information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, cookies, ISPs, referring/exit pages, platform types, versions, date/time stamps, click counts, and on-page location. We use this to analyze trends, manage the site, track aggregate user movement, diagnose server issues, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. This information is not linked to other data for personal identification but used aggregately. We also use user-tracking tools in log files to analyze movements, retain IP addresses for aggregate statistical purposes, and investigate suspected illegal activity.

2.7 Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Technological Means for Targeted Advertising

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your device related to you. We use session cookies (which expire when the browser closes) and persistent cookies (stored on your device). Persistent cookies do not delete upon browser closure and retain network traffic and site usage details, including preferences. Browsers or devices typically accept cookies automatically, but you may block them if supported. We use cookies for various reasons, such as tracking user usage to improve experience and tailor offers/display order, and to operate the site. Rejecting cookies may limit access to certain areas or services.

We may also use web beacons (or “gifs”) on the site and in emails to collect information detailed in this policy. Without limitation, we may share information with credit/payment/processing companies or similar entities upon their inquiry for verification, monitoring, and payment control, including chargebacks. Such information may include first/last name, phone, email, number of purchases and dates, pickup dates/times, technical/traffic information, etc.

3.2 Subcontractors and Service Providers

We may share your information with service providers and subcontractors working with us or providing services on our behalf domestically and abroad, as required for site operation, club management, service provision, booking fulfillment, business analysis, payment inquiries, booking execution/cancellation, and with affiliated companies and/or franchisees. We may also store information in cloud services with servers outside Israel. These companies may not share or use identifiable personal information except for us or site/club operation. We may engage third parties to assist with surveys, advertising, and/or content distribution. Upon project completion, we require destruction or return of information unless professional or legal retention is required. We occasionally share aggregate (non-identifiable) information with service providers for developing programs/content that may interest our visitors.

3.3 Merger and Acquisition

We may transfer information and assign our rights/obligations under this policy and club terms in the event of a sale and/or merger transferring control of the company and/or most of its assets to a third party, provided that third party assumes our position regarding this policy.

Note that our site includes links to other sites and services. These may collect personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy does not cover collection practices or policies of such sites/services or third parties, and any use of such links/services is at your sole responsibility.

5. Information Security

We take reasonable industry-standard measures to help protect personally identifiable information you provide. We also restrict access to such information to employees who need it for specific tasks (e.g., customer service representatives). However, no measure or online service is completely secure. 6. Access to Personally Identifiable Information

You may request access, update, or deletion of personally identifiable information we collected about you in accordance with law. To exercise this right, send an email to peraiatlv@gmail.com with details allowing us to verify your identity. Deletion of such information may prevent continued club membership.

This site and club membership are provided “AS IS” without any warranties or representations, express, implied, or statutory (to the fullest extent permitted by law). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Network makes no warranties and bears no liability. The Network does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the site or booking/benefit information, or that the site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful elements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Network or its affiliates (including partners, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, subcontractors, and suppliers) be liable to you or any other entity under any legal theory (contractual, tortious, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to data loss, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, arising from or related to the site, club membership, or any malfunction, inaccuracy, omission, defect, security breach, or failure, even if the Network was aware of the possibility of such damages.

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. In case of changes, we will update this document so you know what information we collect, how we may use it, and with whom we may share it.
