תנאי הזמנות וביטולים
1. התנאים
הזמנות וביטולים מפראיה בע"מ והחברות הקשורות אליה ("החברה" ו/או "הרשת") כפופים לתנאים שלהלן ("תנאי הזמנות") ולתקנון האתר ומדיניות הביטולים שבכתובת www.peraia-tlv.com . במידה שאינך מסכים עם תנאים אלה הנך מתבקש לא להזמין.
תנאי ההזמנות עשויים להשתנות מעת לעת ולפי שיקול דעתה הבלעדי של החברה וללא הודעה מראש, אך השנוי לא יחול על הזמנה שכבר בוצעה בטרם כניסה לתוקף של השינוי. במקרה של שינויים מהותיים, החברה תודיע לך על כך באימייל או על-ידי פרסום הודעה באתר. פרסים, פרסומים ומבצעים כפופים לתנאי המבצע או הפרסום הרלוונטיים, כפי שהם מופיעים בדפי השירות.
תנאי ההזמנות מנוסחים בלשון זכר, אך פונים לגברים ונשים כאחד.
2. הזמנת חבילות נופש
בעת סיום הליך ההזמנה, יקבל הרוכש הודעת דואר אלקטרוני אוטומטית המאשרת את ביצוע ההזמנה.
3. תנאים והגבלות
א. המחירים השיקליים באתר כוללים מע"מ. למזמינים שאינם ישראלים אלא בעלי אזרחות זרה תתאפשר הזמנת חבילות נופש דרך האתר בשפה האנגלית על-פי מחירי המחירון העדכניים לתקופת ההזמנה.
ב. הרשת רשאית לשנות בכל עת את תנאי הזמנת חבילות הנופש ואת מחירי החבילות.
ג. מספר המקומות במלונות הרשת מוגבל וביצוע הזמנת חבילות נופש הינו על בסיס מקום פנוי בלבד.
ד. שהות המזמין במלון תחל ביום ההגעה למלון בשעה 15:00 ועד השעה 11:00 ביום העזיבה, ללא הבדל בימי שבתות וחגים.
ה. הגעה ו/או עזיבה שלא לפני/לאחר השעות כאמור, כפופה לאישור מראש של הנהלת המלון וכרוכה בתשלום נוסף.
ו. תינוק - מי שגילו עד 2 שנים. ילד - מי שגילו בין 2-12 שנים.
ז. הזמנת חבילות נופש ואירוח במלון תתאפשר אך ורק למבוגרים מעל גיל 18. אירוח ילדים ונוער מתחת לגיל 18, יתאפשר בליווי מבוגר מעל גיל 21 בלבד.
ח. התמונות באתר מיועדות להמחשה בלבד ואינן מחייבות את הרשת.
4. ביטול הזמנה
דמי ביטול
ביטול הזמנה עד 5 ימים לפני תאריך ההגעה - ללא חיוב.
אורח שיבטל הזמנת נופש פחות מ- 5 ימים לפני ההגעה, יחויב בעלות ההזמנה כולה.
החזר כספי בגין ההזמנה שבוטלה יהא בכפוף להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשע"ז - 2017 ובאחת הדרכים הבאות:
בעל פה, קרי – בטלפון להתקשרות עם החברה.
בדואר אלקטרוני בכתובת peraiatlv@gmail.com
באתר האינטרנט של הרשת https://peraia-tlv.com
בהודעת הביטול יפרט הרוכש את שמו ומספר הזהות שלו, ואם הודעת הביטול נמסרת בעל פה יהיה עליו לכלול גם פרט מזהה נוסף.
Booking and Cancellation Terms
1. The Terms
Bookings and cancellations from Peraia Ltd. and its affiliated companies (“the Company” and/or “the Network”) are subject to the following terms (“Booking Terms”) as well as the Website Terms of Use and Cancellation Policy available at www.peraia-tlv.com. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a booking.
The Booking Terms may be updated from time to time at the Company’s sole discretion and without prior notice; however, any change will not apply to bookings already made before the change takes effect. In the event of material changes, the Company will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the website. Promotions, advertisements, and special offers are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion or advertisement as displayed on the service pages.
These Booking Terms are written in the masculine form for convenience but apply equally to men and women.
2. Booking Vacation Packages
Upon completion of the booking process, the purchaser will receive an automatic email confirmation acknowledging the booking.
3. Terms and Restrictions
a. Prices displayed on the website in Israeli Shekels (NIS) include VAT. Non-Israeli citizens with foreign citizenship may book vacation packages through the English-language website according to the current published rates for the booking period.
b. The Network reserves the right to change the terms for booking vacation packages and package prices at any time.
c. The number of available places in the Network’s hotels is limited, and booking vacation packages is subject to availability only.
d. Check-in at the hotel begins on the arrival date at 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00 on the departure date, with no exceptions for Saturdays or holidays.
e. Early arrival and/or late departure outside these hours is subject to prior approval by hotel management and may incur an additional charge.
f. Infant: up to 2 years old. Child: between 2–12 years old.
g. Booking vacation packages and hotel accommodation is permitted only for adults over 18 years old. Accommodation of children and minors under 18 is allowed only when accompanied by an adult over 21.
h. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding on the Network.
4. Cancellation of Booking
- Cancellation of a booking up to 5 days before the arrival date: No charge.
- If a guest cancels a booking less than 5 days before arrival, they will be charged the full cost of the booking.
Any refund for a canceled booking will be subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5777-2017 (and relevant regulations under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981), and processed in one of the following ways:
- Orally, i.e., by phone contact with the Company.
- By email to peraiatlv@gmail.com.
- Through the Network’s website https://peraia-tlv.com.
In the cancellation notice, the purchaser must provide their full name and ID number. If the cancellation is provided orally, an additional identifying detail must be included.
**Note:** This policy reflects the Network’s standard cancellation terms. For bookings made as remote transactions (e.g., online), Israeli Consumer Protection Law may provide additional rights (such as cancellation within 14 days from the transaction date or receipt of transaction details, with a maximum cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100—whichever is lower—provided at least 7 non-rest days remain before service provision). These statutory rights prevail where applicable and may override stricter policy terms in qualifying cases.
