Booking and Cancellation Terms
1. The Terms
Bookings and cancellations from Peraia Ltd. and its affiliated companies (“the Company” and/or “the Network”) are subject to the following terms (“Booking Terms”) as well as the Website Terms of Use and Cancellation Policy available at www.peraia-tlv.com. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a booking.
The Booking Terms may be updated from time to time at the Company’s sole discretion and without prior notice; however, any change will not apply to bookings already made before the change takes effect. In the event of material changes, the Company will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the website. Promotions, advertisements, and special offers are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion or advertisement as displayed on the service pages.
These Booking Terms are written in the masculine form for convenience but apply equally to men and women.
2. Booking Vacation Packages
Upon completion of the booking process, the purchaser will receive an automatic email confirmation acknowledging the booking.
3. Terms and Restrictions
a. Prices displayed on the website in Israeli Shekels (NIS) include VAT. Non-Israeli citizens with foreign citizenship may book vacation packages through the English-language website according to the current published rates for the booking period.
b. The Network reserves the right to change the terms for booking vacation packages and package prices at any time.
c. The number of available places in the Network’s hotels is limited, and booking vacation packages is subject to availability only.
d. Check-in at the hotel begins on the arrival date at 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00 on the departure date, with no exceptions for Saturdays or holidays.
e. Early arrival and/or late departure outside these hours is subject to prior approval by hotel management and may incur an additional charge.
f. Infant: up to 2 years old. Child: between 2–12 years old.
g. Booking vacation packages and hotel accommodation is permitted only for adults over 18 years old. Accommodation of children and minors under 18 is allowed only when accompanied by an adult over 21.
h. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding on the Network.
4. Cancellation of Booking
- Cancellation of a booking up to 5 days before the arrival date: No charge.
- If a guest cancels a booking less than 5 days before arrival, they will be charged the full cost of the booking.
Any refund for a canceled booking will be subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5777-2017 (and relevant regulations under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981), and processed in one of the following ways:
- Orally, i.e., by phone contact with the Company.
- By email to peraiatlv@gmail.com.
- Through the Network’s website https://peraia-tlv.com.
In the cancellation notice, the purchaser must provide their full name and ID number. If the cancellation is provided orally, an additional identifying detail must be included.
**Note:** This policy reflects the Network’s standard cancellation terms. For bookings made as remote transactions (e.g., online), Israeli Consumer Protection Law may provide additional rights (such as cancellation within 14 days from the transaction date or receipt of transaction details, with a maximum cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100—whichever is lower—provided at least 7 non-rest days remain before service provision). These statutory rights prevail where applicable and may override stricter policy terms in qualifying cases.
